Sweedish Steel Gyuto


Misonov profesionalni gyuto je izrađen od vrlo čistog čelika, s visokim postotkom ugljika ( porijeklo: Sandvick u Švedskoj). Čelik je ručno kovan do savršene oštrice »Hagane Hocho« koja je jednostavna za ponovno brušenje. Oštrica treba malo više njege i polako dobiva patinu. Nakon svake uporabe moramo nož dobro obrisati i čuvati na suhom mjestu.

Sweedish Steel Gyuto

Misono’s professional gyuto is made of very pure steel with high content of carbon, imported from Sandvick in Sweden. The steel is hand-forged to create a perfect “Hagane Hocho” blade, which remains sharp for a very long period of time and is easy to resharpen. The blade requires extra care in order to prevent corrosion, and in time it develops patina. The knife needs to be wiped after each use and stored in a dry place.
