Shigeki Tanaka je ručno napravio santoku nož koji se koristi za rezanje povrća, ribe i mesa. Njegova veličina je pogodna za domaćeg i profesionalnog kuhara. Dvostrano brušena oštrica, tvrdoće 61 HRC, je zaštićena slojevima nehrđajućeg materijala. To mu daje zanimljiv damask (Amatsubu) uzorak. Wa-style drška je od magnolije. Nož ne smijemo prati u perilici za suđe.

Shigeki Tanaka has made a very useful handmade gyuto knife, which is suitable for cutting vegetables, fish and meat. It is large enough: not too large for a home cook and not too small for a professional cook. A double-bevel blade with the hardness of 61 HRC is protected with softer layers of stainless steel, which offer the knife an interesting Damascus (Amatsubu) look and protect it well against corrosion. The wa-style handle of the knife is made of magnolia. Do not wash in a dishwasher!
